product photos and Polyair logos, distributors
of Polyair products are asked to register
to the site by supplying their name, company
name, city, state or province, and e-mail
address. This information is used to verify
that the person requesting registration is
a current Polyair distributor, and to compile
a database of distributor e-mail addresses.
This database will be used for sending future
correspondence over the Internet. If at any
time your information changes or you would
like to be removed from this distributor
database, please contact the marketing
department.
If You Request Information or Product Samples:
To request information or samples of Polyair
products, you are asked to supply your name,
address, phone number, e-mail address, company
name, and type of business. While this information
will not be rented or sold to any other organization
or business, it may be used by Polyair or
shared with one of Polyair's distributors
in order to follow up on your request. If
you do not wish to be contacted by Polyair
or one of our distributors, please indicate
this in the "comments/questions" section
of the "Request For Information" form.
"Cookies"
A "cookie" is a small piece of
data sent from a web server to your browser,
and stored on your hard drive. At this time,
Polyair does not use "cookies" on
our site.
